03Re-engagement

Follow up at exactly the right time.

Event Captain remembers everyone who's shown interest: the planner who said 'not now', the one who booked somewhere else, the client from last summer. When their next event comes around, we follow up first.

They said 'not now' and went quiet. We follow up when their season gets close.

Hi Dana,

You had mentioned maybe doing your holiday party with us. December books up fast, so I wanted to reach out now while the best dates are still open.

Want me to send you over our availability / options?

Common questions

Questions venue owners ask us.

How much does it cost?
Event Captain is $400 per month per location, flat. That covers everything: the outreach, the follow-ups, and your reporting. No contracts, no setup fees, cancel anytime.
Do you work with multi-location groups?
Yes. A number of our clients are multi-location groups, and we run coordinated rollouts across their venues. Pricing stays the same: $400 per month per location.
Who writes the emails, and whose name is on them?
We write every campaign with you during onboarding, in your venue’s voice, and you approve it before anything goes out. Outreach is sent from a dedicated address, so your own inbox and domain stay untouched.
Do you work with venues that compete with me?
We keep competing venues from working against each other. Ask us how we handle your specific market on the call.
My market is small. Will this work?
Smaller markets often respond better: fewer venues are competing for the same companies, and we size the radius to what makes sense for your area.
How fast will I see results?
Launch takes about two weeks, and responses typically start in your first week live. From there we book calls, venue visits, and quote requests. Re-engagement kicks in over time, so the pipeline keeps building.
What do I have to do?
Approve the campaign at kickoff, then take over when a lead is ready to talk dates. We handle everything in between: finding the planners, the outreach, the follow-ups, and the reporting.
